The Sigma XT Ancillary Board works with all Kentec Electronics Sigma XT control panels running operating software version SIGXT_11A.HEX or higher. It supplies volt-free, normally open relay contacts so you can control plant equipment and sub-systems remotely from the main fire control panel.

Mains-powered, boxed ancillary boards need only a simple two-core data cable linked back to the main panel. Units running on 24V DC require an extra two cores for power, which can come from the main control panel or another 24V DC supply. You can attach up to 7 ancillary boards to a single control panel. Each board receives a distinct address from 1 to 7 using a binary-coded DIL switch. The data cable running from the main panel to the final unit can reach up to 1,200 metres. Systems can also support a combination of status units and ancillary boards, up to 7 of each variant on the serial data bus.
