The radio signal range is up to 1,700 m between detector and control panel (or range extender) in an open space. It uses a PIR sensor. To help prevent false alarms, SmartDetect software helps prevent false alarms. Temperature compensation provides effective motion detection at temperatures from −10°C to +40°C.
