Designed using reliable fire system technology, the panel features three physical activation key switches that prevent unauthorized use by restricting system operations to keyholders. Each switch is hardwired to an internal Wireless Lockdown Input Module (LD-WL8-IN) inside the enclosure. When a key is turned from the "NORMAL" position to "PLAY MESSAGE," it becomes captive and triggers a wireless signal to the central system translator, which immediately broadcasts the designated safety broadcast to voice annunciators across the facility.

Key Features

The Kentec Electronics LD-WL8-LACP incorporates three independent physical key-switch mechanisms to securely prevent unauthorized system operation or accidental triggering by building occupants.

Features specialized cylinders that firmly trap the physical key inside the panel while turned to the active broadcast position, ensuring clear visual confirmation of an ongoing alert status.

Engineered to selectively broadcast three separate voice notifications tailored to different security phases: standard "Lockdown", a discreet "Covert" alert for specialized staff, and an "All Clear" notification.

Utilizes advanced, self-optimising radio frequency amplitude and frequency tuning to maintain an ironclad link with system translators and audio sirens.

Built on a highly efficient power framework that supports an operational lifespan of up to 10 years on the primary internal power modules, significantly dropping long-term system maintenance overhead.

Specification

Wireless Lockdown Alarm Control Panel

Manufacturer part code: LD-WL8-LACP
